RoHS REQUIREMENTS

Marquardt has evaluated all of its products to the RoHS requirements to determine which of those products meet the requirements of the European Directives (2002/95/EC and 2003/11/EC). While the requirements of those Directives have not yet been finalized, we realize that this evaluation process must be underway in order to be in compliance before the published deadline.

Marquardt is continuing to evaluate our compliance and, in some cases, make modifications to our manufacturing process and material selection to address compliance. The attached product list dated 5/10/2006 contains those products that have been evaluated and deemed fully compliant under the current proposed standards (status Nov. 2004). This list will be updated as we finish our evaluations.

As a general guideline, due to the volume of standard products and customers Marquardt serves, we will not be able to fill out customer specific forms for standard products. If you require further detail than is provided herein, please feel free to contact us.
