Internships and Co-ops
We are always on the lookout for fresh talent. Marquardt is a great place to begin your career as well as to hone your 'real-world' job skills. We offer internships in the summer as well as during the school year in many of our manufacturing and engineering areas.

We take applications for internships through the Project ION application portal. Project ION is the Central Upstate New York region’s summer internship program and is a project of the Central Upstate Regional Alliance in collaboration with the Metropolitan Development Association of Syracuse and Central New York, the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, and the Manufacturers Association of Central New York.


Apprentice Programs
Marquardt Switches is a unique manufacturing facility, with a state-of-the-art, full service in-house tool shop that designs, builds and maintains Marquardt's production equipment. We are registered through the NY State Department of Labor as an approved apprenticeship training sponsor for the following occupations:
