The quality and reliability of our products and the satisfaction of our customers are top priorities at Marquardt. It is the aim of Marquardt Switches, Inc. (MSI) to maintain a position of quality leadership for the products that we produce and in the relationships we establish and maintain with our customers.
To support this policy, measurable objectives have been established in MSI’s Business Plan, and our quality management system (QMS) has been developed to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 International Standard and the ISO/TS 16949 Technical Specification. These requirements establish a baseline for our QMS. The QMS has the full support of our management team, and everyone at Marquardt commits to continually improving the effectiveness of our system. Our philosophy is that quality is best accomplished through defect prevention, and the approach that all employees are responsible for the quality of their work.
